I was welcomed from the moment I brought my car to the shop. Diane called the rental car company and I was on my way. Considering I have small children, this was appreciated! From that point on, I received text messages daily with the status of the repairs. On the day I went to pick up my car Diane was waiting for me with my keys in hand. Although I had an issue with my insurance company, Leers Staff treated me with respect and I feel valued. My experience with Leers overall was seamless. They have earned my business!
