I was expecting someone to make a better effort with the deliver. (go over the repairs-hand us the keys at the car) I didn't like the fact that I found a used 'sprite' plastic bottle left in the coffee cup holder. I also didn't like finding a dirty ripped paper floor mat in the car and the rug mat on the drivers side dirty !

I was disappointed that a remanufsctured bumper was attempted to make fit instead of oe. Also, that a scratch was not repaired and I had to wait an additional week. These delays cost me additional car rental insurance. There was a definite lack of communication with this repair and left me disappointed over my prior experience with your shop.
