I think the customer service was ok. I did not appreciate Mike tryinf to put prior model year parts on my brand new car. Lucky for me they changed the body style in 2017. The insurance however paid for it so thankfully I did not have to deal with that. Also I had to wait a week for my car. Thanks

Every single staff interaction I had at Discount Auto was well above and beyond a satisfactory level of customer service! They were all very personable, assisting me not only with important information/updates regarding my car repairs, but they were also VERY knowledgeable/helpful when it came to the actual process of getting someone else's insurance company to accept liability for my car accident and cover the cost of my deductible/rental car. Discount Auto staff did not hesitate to pick up the phone (more than once) on my behalf to speak with Liberty Mutual about a discrepancy that was going to put me out 500 until my deductible was waived. They were caring and genuine, and did quick and beautiful work on my car. They also assured me that if I was in any way unsatisfied with their work, they would make it right (although I have no reason to take them up on the offer). I cannot say enough gret things about this business. Thank you Discount Auto for an excellent experience during what can be a stressful time!
