Bad - Difficult to reach the staff that could give updates or answer my questions. Some loose change that seems to be missing from my cup holder. The inside of the windows is visibly dusty.
Good - The repairs look great. I love that my car looks as good as it did when it was new.

Good work but took two weeks to complete. Text updates actually frustrating with 5 delays and messages indicating 15 minutes change in completion time for the next day (x2 this occurred) only to be texted 30 minutes before stated completion that it was delayed another day with as I was on way to pick up the car when text received. So earlier and more accurate updates. Fair price, super, super great staff, just can't say enough and I was toldthat part of the delay was insurance related. No need to call me, we're loyal customers
