My car looks wonderful. I wish there had been some communication between when I dropped it off and when it was ready. I was told that the parts would be ordered and at LaMattrey's by the time I dropped off my car. This did not happen, so the very minor damage that needed to be fixed meant that I was without my car for over a week and had to pay car rental fees for longer than should have been expected. I was not notified that there would be a delay due to a part that needed to be ordered. I only learned that after a week when I began calling and asking for information. I believe that someone at LaMettrey's should have contacted me and informed me of the delay.
