I had almost no communication! If it wasn't for Jeremy's effort to go over the repair last night when I picked up the car, I would have been very angry. That was virtually the only information I got.

the total outcome was excellent. I got my car sooner than expected. The texting system was pretty good. Told me that my car was ready that night which was correct, but would have been helpful to tell me it was "done" or "in an hour". Hat would circumvented a phone call to your team. My car looks great as well.
