The work was good and everyone was helpful. I was frustrated at the end. I was called and told my car was ready for pick up. My husband dropped me off to pick up my car and it turned out a worker went home with my car keys in his pocket. Lemettrys drove me home and assured me they would drop off my car before 8am the next morning. They arrived late which resulted in me being late for work. ..which is a big deal for my line of work.

The repairs took longer than I had expected. I actually had gone in to pick up the car on Jan. 16 and was told it was pending repair, I ended up picking it up Jan. 19. The car looks great, it just took longer than expected.
