I received an estimate at a different location prior to going through insurance and was quoted $****,200. Then after going through insurance I was quoted $700. I wonder why the large discrepancy between the two. I would have never went through insurance if the other quote was not so much.
I am pleased with the work and I was treated great at the Eden Praire location. Great service there!

Final charge was double the original estimate. This baffled me and ****my contact person could not explain to me why. Please note, I needed my windshield replaced and three small paint chips repaired. That’s it! Over $2000 for that repair. Second, several days longer to complete than originally estimated. Third, poor communication. I left messages and did not get called back. Lastly, paint overspray on other areas of my vehicle. I went to LaMettry’s based on a friend’s recommendation. Never, will I use them again.

My license plate lights and Passenger Side taillights were all left disconnected. I was able to fix these myself but don't feel like I should have had to. The repairs themselves were fine the job just wasn't completed.

My car was not ready when expected- I received a text **** hr before pickup. I had already topped off the rental car and was waiting in EP for the car. Fine, these things happen.
The next day I topped off the rental, again. Upon inspection, the bumper was not aligned over the wheel well, so Scott brought it back and adjusted it. The car came back for further inspection and spacing between the spacing and trunk was off. Scott brought it back to the shop to adjust it. Upon the third inspection, I said "it is still not right." Scott agreed it wasn't 100% and asked if I wanted it corrected.
My expectation is that my car is 100% accurate when I leave. If he could see it was off- he should have pointed it out and told me it would not be returned to me until 100% accurate, not hoping I wouldn't notice or take it as-is. So I had to return a third time, while topping off the rental car,etc.
Thank goodness it was complete this time but what a huge waste of my time running back and forth to EP, the gas station, and waiting around. I have been a LaMettrey's customer since 1993, when I was driving my parents cars, this is not the the experience of service I received in the past.
