Car was not completed on time. We called 2 weeks before we brought car in to make sure timing could be met due to daughter retuening to college. We found out **** day prior to promised date that car would not be ready as promised. We had to loan our car to our daughter to get back to Santa Barbara and we have to drive there later this week to swap cars. A Scratch was also found on repaired area.
