Having an accident was a very difficult situation in Caesars Auto Body made me feel very comfortable and really help me to feel normal again after my accident and they did a very wonderful job I appreciate everyone who works there

your customer service was awesome I had. Told them about the brakes and the front being too stiff when you go over bumps and they said that they would check it I don't think they had checked it because it's really really bad. I guess the struts is bad or something I'm going to have to take it in and have it looked at. my wife won't drive it like that so also I had to replace the light bulb on the signal side that they repaired it didn't work . other than that the customer service was sensationail I don't think the cars safe to drive with the front shocks that way. I didn't have that problem before the accident.

First of all, the staff was great. Jordan, Josh, and Gabrianne were so nice and they kept me updated on my vehicle. As for the repair, im not too happy with it. Once I picked up my vehicle this morning, i noticed that my stering wheel was jerking when it never did that before. The car still verred to the right when i didnt have a good grip on the stering wheel and i noticed when i got to work this afternoon that the bumper had popped out some on the drivers side. I was told that my vehicle received an alignment but it didnt feel like it.
