There was one detail in the repair that was not completed, they performed it during checkout after I brought it to their attention. I just wished they had taken their time to do it more thoroughly. Otherwise, great job on the car. Thank you.

My car was delivered in 8 days rather than 3 or 4 because someone ordered the wrong part. This meant I had to pay extra for my rental car at $27 per day. In fact, I came by after 3 days to say I would switch car rental companies but was told it would only be another day or two.

The actual repair looks great and went really fast. The biggest thing that blew me away was how clean my car was on the inside and out it looks professionally detailed and that’s what really impressed me when a company goes above and beyond. You could of just done the repair and called it a day but to clean it as much as they did even down to the tire shine I mean it really blew me away so hopefully I don’t ever have to come back but if I ever do I’ll chpose Hersons again!
