My vehicle was not repaired satisfactorily. The paint finish has two bubbles/dips in it, and even more egregious is that the driver side door was not lined up properly so the plastic on the door makes contact and makes a crunching noise when opened fully. I have left a message with David Mendoza about these issues needing to be repaired, but I have not been contacted back.

I am extremely disatisfied due to the fact that my handicap permit was lost while the vehicle was under your custody. The answer I got from the reps was that the permit was free therefore I could not be be compensated. I will now have to miss a day of work and time to obtain a new handicap permit.

The work done was very good with respect to repair of damaged fenders and doors. The wheel repair is quite good, but on a one year old vehicle I believe that the wheels should have been replaced and not repaired. The blame for this is most likely at Geico's level as I made a complaint to them and they have never acknowledged it.

I was not satisfied because the work done on the hood did not leave the hood completely aligned, there is still some opening when the hood is closed, I had to come back three times after they said the car was ready and three times I had to say I was not happy with the work because the hood was not aligned
