The customer service was outstanding. The issue I noticed almost two weeks of driving the car after the repair was that the rear bumper does not look like the original. The portion close to the tire was not flush to the body and it flares outwards which creates a rubbing sound when you hit a pothole. There is also a hole near the part that flares out that was caused by the accident that wasn't covered.

I was bummed that no one contacted me to give me a pick up status on my car after I dropped it off on a Wednesday morning. The initial time given to me 6 weeks earlier by Jeff was 2 days but when I called on Friday, I was told pick up was pushed back to Monday. I had another activity to do on Friday but then received voice mail saying my car was ready for pick up. Needless to say, I picked it up bright and early Monday with Ruby assisting me. Just wished company rep initiated a call with estimated pick up time and status vs. me calling. Other than that the car looks great!

The staff that assisted me were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Unibody definitely honored the commitment to cover any subsequent repairs to my vehicle. However, I’m still not sure my door is completely fixed, and I think it was obvious enough when I got my car that a technician should have explained what was done and what I should expect. I’ll see how the door opens and closes for the next week, but may need to bring it back. Otherwise, it was a smooth and friendly experience!
