From start to finish! The entire team at the Mapunapuna shop did a terrific job! Customer service personnel inside to the technicians performing the repairs. Dayton, who is the estimator, he explained the process in detail; even mentioning about arranging the rent-a-car services with Enterprise! Ms. Robyn, who kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and arranging the rent-a-car. The car(door)looks great! I was not happy with the company servicing my car. I carelessly forgot my prescription sunglasses in the trunk of my car. I wasn’t concerned and assumed when we picked up the car, my glasses would still be where I left it. But no, I searched everywhere in the car and it was not found. That’s stealing, theft. What good is my prescription sunglasses to anyone but me? Extremely disappointed, mad as hell and blind as a bat until I get new glasses.

Am not satisfied with the work. The paint color was diff from the original color. If only they used their common sense the paint color of the work might have been close enough to the original. Shop supervisor need to be trained in paint mixing and on how to use common sense. He lacks this instinct. ????

There was a little confusion at first regarding an estimate as Unibody was not a preferred auto body shop by my insurance carrier.
