Its took too long to repair my tesla. Too long waiting time just have the tesla sitting there and done nothing . It took a week long waiting before they can bring the car to the Tesla shop for the dynastic test . Six months waiting for the scheduled before to bring the car in for repairs and another three months to have it done to complete fix . The quality of work is excellent but the timing is taking too long. I’ve suffered three months long without a car to drive and that’s unexceptional.

the entire process from the repair estimate appointment to the completion of the repair went without any problems. The staff was professional and courteeous. Although the damage to my vehicle was extensive, the repair was completed in seven days. i was very pleased and happy with the repair work as well as the time it took.
