Getting my car fix by Fresno Body Works was great. One thing I have to said is, please make sure staff who work in the front receptionist area and those who answer incoming calls are help customers with a highly respectful way. My husband took in my vehicle to get a estimate and one of the lady that helped him came off super rude, and with the highly recommendation that we have from friends and family, I was surprised that the service FBW gave us was very awful. Again please remind staff member that customer service is a plus when working in the front area. I was satisfied with the job done with my vehicle but I received really poor customer service from staff member and that really upset me. I will not recommend any of my family or friends to FBW due to the communication given to me as a first time impression. Thank you.
