Customer service was poor. I came home & checked the time when I was texted to pick up my car & it was 4:41 PM. Basically there was not enough time to take care of returning my rental & picking up my car before 5 PM closing. I feel that Fresno Body Works should have accommodated me for pick up of my car for an additional 5-10 minutes after closing time, once I worked out a plan with Enterprise Rental for pick up. Instead I was told Fresno Body Works would not accommodate me & I needed to pick up my car the next day.

They used a used part on my car. I called my insurance company and said they never heard of such a thing and now I will have to take more time off to take the car back. Very inconvenient for not only for myself but also for my husband. I've never had my car repaired and had any auto shop use an used part to do the repair work.
