The custom service is excellent. I came in late in the afternoon. Several customers were waiting some were picking up their car's. I was greeted by the desk my presences was acknowledged. I waited until the rush was over. I received a wonderful smile and was treated as if I was the first customer of the day. I got an estimate left came back the next morning. I received a wonderful smile and friendly greeting. The work was done with enthusiasm and expert attention from the three gentlemen working. They all took their jobs seriously. They're professional and treated each customer the same way each time they interacted with someone. This is a great example of customer service and support. Other merchants can learn a lot from them. Extremely pleased we could save the bumper on my truck. Bumper is completely fixed and looks brand new. other body shops wanted to replace the bumper since they felt the bumper was not repairable. They also wanted to charge more than than twice the amount of money I paid.. Fixing this plus other wear and tear items all in one day is fantastic service
