Lack of communication regarding the delayed completion of repairs and vehicle availability was atypical of Guimond's and a significant inconvenience for us; this slight flaw should have been avoided. No one is perfect. While communication usually eliminates miscommunication and stressful moments, workmanship is the more important and such was outstanding.
