Repair took 5 days longer than forecasted with daily text updates. The Jeep was very lightly cleaned and the scratches in the passenger doors were lightly buffed and totally overlooked in places. I drove my Jeep straight to another body shop and had them repair the scratches in less than **** hour. I will not return and will most definitely not encourage anyone to use this shop.

A damaged sensor and sensor retainer was reinstalled on the rear bumper that should have been replaced and some kind of spots (chemical or over spray) are on the front grille that need to be removed and cleaned off. When these items are taken care on I will be satisfied with my experience at Brad’s
