Car looks great, loved the communication process... right up to the end. It's best to under promise and over deliver. Advising me that it would be ready to go Friday only to not have it ready until Monday at 4pm wasn't the best customer service experience. However, you guys made it right and the work looks great.

Driver side door does not open correctly. Door handle is loose or does not release lock correctly. Window washer reservoir is leaking/does not hold fluids - was empty at times of pick-up. rear passenger door on driver side might be out of alignment(?) needs to be verified.

Clark was very much on top of things and kept me informed of the repair progress, and my HHR looks and runs great. The inside gear shift,however, was stripped of it's cover and looks rough without it, there are some ragged edges that could have and should have been sealed off. Thank you, Julie
