Our car was repaired at the Vallejo shop but we picked it up from the Fairfield shop. When we picked up the car in Fairfield and we discovered a couple scratches on the tailgate part of the car which need to be replaced. We will not take our car back to the Vallejo shop. Fairfield shop will repair it even though the scratches weren't made by them.

I have used various Mike's auto body locations in the past and have always had a great experience. My experience with the Vallejo location was no different. They kept in great communication, Jorge was very accessible and was totally awesome as to get me done on time so I didn't have to pay for another day of car rental, and even though there was a small problem after pickup, they handled it immediately and I was out of there within five minutes. The fact that they also beautifully detailed my "mom car" was a huge bonus. Anytime I need body work done on any car I own, I will be taking it to Mike's. So pleased! Thank you!!
