Except for a slight mixup the first time I brought my car in everyone has been very professional, work was completed in the time frame stated, and looked. Wry good when completed. They kept me apprised of progress through out.

I had requested to have a quote to replace my tail light while they had my car torn apart and no one ever responded. I told the person doing the estimate, I emailed the office girl, Sarah, and responded to a text but was never helped. When I picked up my car I explained the situation to a gentleman that was very kind and the young lady, Sarah, interrupted us and was extremely rude to me and basically blamed it on me. I tried 3 different ways to communicate a request and never got a response.
