My first interaction with Carstar did not have anything to do with Geico or collision services. I just happened to get a flat tire right outside the building in Pennington, NJ. Two employees offered their services to help me change my tire. I already called AAA so I was good to go, but the simple fact that they offered me assistance speaks volumes to the employees of Carstar. My second interaction with Carstar occurred 2 weeks later, after I was backed into at a gas station. The man who backed into me was insured by Geico, so as a result I was sent to Carstar for repairs. I had to laugh at the irony. I was given a rental that was newer and nicer than my own car. It was difficult to give up the heated leather seats and XM radio. I retrieved my car after a major snowstorm. Not only was my vehicle clear of snow, but cleaned inside and out! Honestly a 5 star performance all around! I couldn't be happier with the result from a minor collision. Thank you Carstar of Pennington, NJ for your exemplary services.

Every person there was great. My car was repaired ahead of time and looked like new when I picked it up (which was fantastic because it was filthy when I dropped it off). Someone even came out to the car with me and visually went over the repairs explaining what they did and why. I was seriously impressed. Thank you all for making a frustrating process so easy!
