Repair seems fine. Slight dissatisfaction with status updates. Completion on 2/8 changed to 2/12 was ok. Had son leave work for pickup on 2/12. Within ****/4 mile of shop was called and told identical-looking car was done, not mine. Was told car would be done 2/13 but that email would say 2/14. Email at 4:32pm on 2/13 said it was done but I had school commitment at 5 so was told I could pick on 2/14. Called at 4:40 on 2/14 to say I was en route and was told it would not be ready until 5:30.

The car was completely detailed which was a nice surprise but, when I say completely I mean it. You don't armor all the clear plastic that covers the gauges like the speedometer or the radio dial. Everything is blurry now and it will need to be cleaned. Also, the steering wheel, seats and floor mats were wiped with armor all and are now very slippery. It is very noticeable that the paint is not the same. The new paint just dose not have the depth or richness of color that the original paint has. The new paint is bland!

My car took longer than originally quoted to be repaired. Then I left a message on Friday 2/****/13 to find out if my car was going to be ready that day and didn't hear back until Monday 2/4/13. I was told that my car would be ready that afternoon. When I arrived to pick up my car, a scratch that was supposed to be repaired had been missed. My car was delayed yet another day. Then I went to pick up my car that was supposed to be "ready" yesterday 2/5/13 and the interior lights, remote assistance button and auto windows aren't working. Some electrical part was damaged. The brakes were also making a grinding sound because some armor all spray or something must have been sprayed all over the outside and inside of my car! This has caused me a lot of time wasted driving all the way TWO TIMES for an incomplete/unprofessional repair job! I don't appreciate being asked "what can be done to make things right." If you ask me that, I'm going to say reimburse the TWO deductibles I paid for the repairs AND the OVER TWO WEEKS of car rental that I've had to pay for all the time wasted and aggravation of going back and forth. If the blame is being put on the technicians working on the car, then maybe you should hire new technicians. I feel that when I get my car back that it's going to fall apart because I no longer have faith in the quality of your workmanship.

The work done on my car did not match the estimate I got from Jim & Jack's which was approved by my insurance company and the Jim & Jack's representative could not adequately explain why. I felt like I was being scammed.

Did not update us on the delay of return of car until we actually went and saw that the car was not ready (still unpainted) on the day the car was supposed to be ready. Did not like that it took 6 weeks for our car to be fixed Do not like the 5 work hours per day limit placed on repairs IF you cannot repair the cars in a timely fashion, then you should not accept so much work. You then push the cost onto the insurance companies to pay for more days of rental car. That in turn pushes the cost to the insurance holders with increased rates because you cannot get the work done on a timely basis.
