Communication was great until snowstorm on day we were supposed to originally get it (Friday) - then we had to wait the entire weekend before we heard anything, and then it was end of day on Wednesday before we got it... it was done well, but just think that after the constant communication before Friday, could have done something on Friday to inform us... and then didn’t know why it took 3 working days after that to get the car, when the snow should have only put you one working day behind... (Monday afternoon instead of Friday afternoon). Otherwise, completely happy with you guys!
