From the estimate to pickup it was like being at the hospital while a family member was in surgery. Text message from USAA with in the minutes after leaving AC. Text today from AC telling me the Avalon d being prepped for painting, then a call it was ready. Wow, 2 days early.
Second time to use Advance Collision. Hope i will not need your services but if i do you will be the choice. Will tell others about you if they need your service.

I was very impressed with the service and staff. From the initial contact to the drop off of our vehicle, the courtesy and willingness to help exceeded customer expectations.
