I thought the daily texts giving repair updates was a service plus. I can't tell any difference between the repaired door and a factory door. Also, being able to drop the rental car at Advanced Collision is big time saver.

Seem to have serious issue with projecting when car would be done. Some notifications sent automatically which told to ignore. Didn't seem they had clear picture of status car.
Example- all below received the same day-
9:13 rcvd automatic msg saying car was nearing completion
11:11 rcvd mgs from person that the car was in reassembly and person would advise the next day status of car repairs.
****:25 rcvd phone call that the car was done.
