I'm very pleased with the service I received. When I moved to the area in 2002 I had heard a lot of bad reviews... but clearly they were mistaken. My car took a bit longer than expected but Cooper took care of all my insurance issues that result from the delay. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

Car was dropped off Nov 6. Was told the repair estimate would say the 23rd, but it shouldn't take that long. Car wasn't done until the 28th. Cooper was really nice, but it ended up costing me a ton of money with having to go back and forth to get different rental cars so that I could get to work.

All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and were accommodating to my schedule. The body work done was amazing. My car looked brand new when I picked it up.

The car door where the damage was barely closes without smashing into the rest of the car because it was fixed incorrectly. The paint in the seal of the door is a horrifying job. It's as if someone painted it late at night and wanted to go home, so they just put a bunch on and let it dry and in the morning when they came back to it, they opened the door to see the door sealed shut with paint. The paint is incredibly rough, like they had to peel it apart. My windshield has paint on it. When I called to let the office know, I was told "that's part of the process". As the granddaughter of someone who ran an amazing shop back home, no. You cover windows when you paint vehicles, and you do not paint a separate vehicle around an uncovered vehicle - two vehicles shouldn't be in the same space period if one is being painted. He was a very cheap business man, so if he made any decision involving money, you know it was 100% necessary. Regardless, paint on a windshield is not how you return a car to a customer. I told the woman who answered the phone about the windshield I wanted to get it fixed the next day and varified you were open (a Saturday) I was told yes - a lie. After wasting my gas driving to your shop, I have do drive all the way back with an unsave windshield. I was told my full bumper was replaced, but there is still damage on the bumpers, so I feel as though you just told me that to get more money out of it and I do plan on letting the insurance companies know.

The manager could not visibly see from his own admission the repairs that were not done on my car, that were NOT THERE when I dropped my car off!!! Then tried to claim they were the result of washing my car! Although bugs were all over the bumper when he returned the car to me! The inside was not vacuumed and the outside was dirty. You would think they would want to return to me a car in top condition just to gives DOWNS a good name! It looks as though the hood when they replaced it on my vehicle was dropped on the car leaving many scratches and gouges!! Which they did repair, but then charged the insurance again!!! I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Everybody was nice and provided frequent updates on the progress! It was much appreciated!
