When we got there to pick up the vehicle we noticed a couple of blemishes in the paint. It was right at 5:00 and the shop guys had all wrapped up for the day. Cooper stayed late and buffed out the paint and fixed the imperfections himself. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Way to go Cooper!! Hopefully we won't need your services again, but if we do you earned a repeat customer.

Great friendly customer service. It was a quick and easy process. Drop off day , I was there with my sick child for probably 10 to 15 min and then we were down the road. They called me about half way through and answered all questions, I even called right back and they were super friendly. During drop off we were there about 10 min , got our vehicle and we were headed home. They maintained great communication with texting and I was able to all info through my claim as well. Everyone really worked together, if one person wasn't available another was able to stand in and help get things done! They made it very easy to get my car fixed. They had to send my car to the dealer for some things near the end so repairs ran longer than expected but they did not mind me calling everyday to check always pleasant and helpful.
