Every member of the staff treated me with professionalism, kindness and courtesy. I own a 2002 Jaguar XJ8 and i treat it with great care. I was devastated when it was a victim of a hit and run. First I was surprised to get a text explaining in detail what the repairs would cost. And also what stage my car was in. I was not expecting that at all!!
