Overall was a positive experience, but there was a mix up with Jack Giambalvo's records about our insurance. Jack G had us paying deductible when we insurance said we do not. Corrected this at drop off of vehicle time, yet error reappeared when Jack G called us about picking up vehicle. Jack G person on phone was incorrect and not very polite about it. In end it was corrected, but I had to call my insurance again to fix the error for a second time.
