My truck was like new again. And I noticed the inside was cleaned as well that surprised me and they washed the truck and waxed it and put tire shine on. I was very impressed with the service. Also the text messages during the duration it was being fixed was cool I liked that. I would tell any of my friends to go to Jack Giambalvo to have work done to their vehicles. Thank you

Car was supposed to be inspected... wife picked up car, no inspection, have to return in the morning. Car still has loud shacking coming from exhaust region. Dealer claimedto check it out but couldnt hear it, which leads me to beleive they hired helen keller to diagnose the problem. Poor communication.
