My vehicle was not put back complete. After I drive off I heard a noise below the car.
I stopped and saw the below was dragging on the road.
I went back and the used zip tie to tie it in place.
I drove off and 5 minutes later I turned the radio on and found no reception.
I stopped and saw my antenna was missing. I went back they found it and I stalled it.
Two days later I saw the molding below the passenger side door lose and was hanging.
I checked under the car and saw there were no plastic studs holding it in place.
I had to go to a auto store and buy the studs to keep the molding in place.

Everything went well except for the dealership calling me to tell me my vehicle was ready but when I got there my car was not even there. I wished that thet woukd have called me and let me know that they ran into a small issue and had to take my car to a Nissan dealership. So that i would not rush there and waste an extra 30-45 minutes

I am very upset with the outcome . you can see ripples from bondo work when the door shouldve been replaced to save on the inconvenience. The paint dosent match and still a dent in the inside of door.

The work was sloppy , it looks like they rush threw it. They also damaged my rim and hubcaps . I told the lady from ford about these issues and she said to come back on Monday . I will never go back or recommend any one else

The shop policy of keeping the custimer informed of progress daily by text messaging is a very comforting delivery of repair information.
