Great customer service. The updated texts makes timing convenient to arrange for picking up my vehicle.

I don't remember having a better customer service experience. Everything impressed me, even the coffee! Maria was so friendly and professional. Since I had to take off work for the appointment, I really appreciated Art being punctual, informative, and quick. He kept me updated over the phone, as well as through texts. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be, and the work was impeccable!

Great work and excellent service and communication about status of repair.

I still haven't had a chance to see the car in the daylight, due to Monterey weather. But at night it looked great when I picked it up, & under a gray morning sky after rain it looked fine. The rear-view and right-turn-signal cameras worked as expected (whereas there had been somee weird issue before a couple of times), so the post-repair scan seems to have been good. I m looking forward to a sunny day. But everything looks good now; and you were clear about expectations. I was a bit surprised when a "3 to 4 day" repair had a 12/11 expected date, but that was no big deal -- & then you did in fact get it done before 12/11, so it all worked out. Thank you.

All of the staff from the office coordinator, she is not just a receptionist, she does catching everything. I she set up the appointments for the estimators, greet you when you come in catch for the appointment and offers you a hot beverage. The estimators are very knowledgeable and provide you a detailed estimate of repairs and the time it will take them to repair your car. They keep you informed via text on how the repairs are going day by day They call you in the car is ready to pick up. When you get there they immediately have the car brought to the front door for inspections of the repair. The repair to the car was amazing. you could not even tell that any part was replaced or repaired. ATT paint job was outstanding, The car looked like it was brand new off the lot. Fix it Hass to be one of the best body shops bar none on the Peninsula or even Monterey County. We are very happy that we selected fix it by the shop for our repair service through State Farm’s Select Service , catch they do all the work with STATE Farm for the estimate and the repairs. From the day you take your car to them for the estimate for the day you pick it up at the repairs , They take care of everything.They truly are a five star auto body shop. I highly would recommend them to Everyone to have their auto body work done. Every member of the staff always has a smile on their face and they truly want to do the best job for you.
