Great service! My car came in a damaged, salty mess and it looked like a new car when I got it back. I am glad my windshield could also get replaced at the same time. I would bring my car back if it needed work again. In fact this is my 3rd experience with Cascades autobody over the years. I would recommend your shop to a friend.

Good experience wished we had more options with rental, but Cascades set the right expectation and followed through. Also thank goodness for USAA!

My concerns were not addressed when I came back and asked to review. I took it to different location and took care and my concerns were taken care by paying some from my pocket. In fact it was my whole and sole decision to go with cascades Auto body and I pick this place based on my discussion with someone I trust at Leesburg Toyota. I got lot of option and it was my decision just because of good reference from a known person from Leesburg Toyota I pushed geico to go with Cascades. Now I regret for my decision. Anyway it's too late to go over the bitter experiences. If I have to say any good experience with cascades I would say Sandy and Heather were really the best in communicating and taking care of customer. All other experiences at cascades I have no comments to say.
