I was unfortunately rear-ended the night of the ice storm. My husband had great success with Cascades in the past, so I took my car there. Cascades did an excellent job repairing the car - it looks better than the night before the accident. Customer service is top notch. It also could not be more convenient having a Enterprise right next door - a Cascades employee even escorted me over! I highly recommend Cascades Auto Body. Thank you!

We dropped off the car on December 21 at 7.30 am, since we were given an appointment then and were told that the parts are here. We were told that we would get a call or a mail from you, after someone would have looked at the car. After that we haven't heard anything back from you for a week, and when we called nobody was able to tell us anything. So, we finally stopped by on December 28 in the afternoon to find out what was going on. We were told that it would take probably until the end of next week, so we got a rental car that evening. On December 29 we suddenly received a mail that the car might be finished the same day, and today we received the call that it actually was. Everything looks good, but we would have really appreciated some information before.

Great job on the repair, normally when my vehicle gets service I receive an equivalent replacement vehicle, similar to what I normally drive, my BMW 528 is in no way equivalent to a Ford fusion either in size or quality, other than the replacement vehicle everything else was excellent.
