I always have my car serviced at Cascades Auto Body when needed. This time the work was very sloppy and when I took it back from them to address the problem, they said the paint problems (exactly where they had performed the work) were due to wear and tear. This was unacceptable. I will talk to the insurance company as well regarding the work that was performed. Thanks

I am happy at the body work completed by Cascades. It was very professional service and great look after the fix. However, due to the accident there was an issue with the exhaust pipe with rattling clamp that was not fixed. It was noticed by my car dealer subsequently when they lifted the car and I had to pay out of my pocket.
