Pleasure working with Carstar Cascades Bodywork. I set up time to bring vehicle in for insurance estimate proposal. They were ready to give an estimate when I arrived. Then said they could take my car within 4 days. Easy drop off, and car rental was in bldg. next door. Car repair was quick, and received a day earlier than expected. Excellent repair work, and delighted to find they washed my vehicle. Nice touch.

There is red paint of the front of my vehicle that was not on there when I brought my truck in to get repaired. Also I there was a bottom screw that I had to reconnect on the left rear mud flap.
Overall the repair is wonderful, just wish that those things could have been taken care of.

Although there was a paper mat placed on the drivers side floor my floor mat was extremely dirty from muddy shoe prints. Had I not had a rubber mat covering my carpet it would have been very difficult to clean.

Overall, a good experience. The one disappointment was that I was todd three times the car would be ready and it was not ready.
One time I had taken off early from work -- so it was frustrating to having left work early and the car was not ready to be picked up.
Otherwise, overyone was very professional and communicated very well.
