It feels good to support a local business near my home.
I plan to also bring in my wife's 2008 Ford Focus for some minor body work at some point in the future.

Communication was subpar. The first estimate said 5 hours to fix, the second was 9 DAYS, the actual was 2 days... That's a significant difference when planning on being without a vehicle. You also couldn't get my name right, I just stopped correcting people. The work done was fine.

The work completed on my car was great. I had an issue being notified of the status of my vehicle. I had to call on the day I was told my car would be ready to find out it wasn't. I then received one phone call while I was at work and unable to check my messages to notify me of its completion. It would have been beneficial to receive an additional phone call to make sure I received the this information.
