Well done on insurance damage. but when my car was in your lot for repair the hail storm that hit Sterling damaged my roof. I took my car back you and you kept it for three days to do a hail estimate. That was early September and I’m still waiting for the estimate after asking repeated times. When I tried to make an insurance claim, the Cascades Auto Body estimate exceeded the value of the car and I was told that Cascades Auto Body doesn’t repair totalled cars. I had to withdraw the insurance claim and take the car elsewhere to be repaired.
