This center has such awesome individuals who go above and beyond to help you. Everyone was kind and diligent with making sure I was comfortable. Mr. Ron Morissey made sure I wasn't overwhelmed with coming from work to the shop, giving me so many time options just to make sure I arrived safe and sound. Bringing the car in was beautiful because they offered my daughter (9 yrs) and I water, donuts, coffee. After completion of the car, it looked like it should be sold off the lot. From the paint ,to the windows, down to the rims and tires, everything was cleaned up nicely! People didn't even think I had the same car. Wonderful experience and I too plan to come back for other knowledge about cars that I didn't know before! Mr. Ron answered all my questions and conversed with me until I understood. I never even heard of your company before this issue with my car came up, and was hesitant to trust you with my vehicle. Over the years I had used another auto body shop for repairs but figured that I'd let you do it since my insurance company recommended you and towing it elsewhere would have been a hassle. From the get-go your place was very communicative about what was going on with the estimate and repairs. I never got to the point where I picked up the phone to call and find out what the status was because your people had already previously informed me... that means a lot! The quality of the work is top notch as well. I would definitely recommend your place to others in the future. By the way...
