There was a long scratch on my new rear glass. evidently there was dirt in the rag that was used while cleaning the glass. #2 I went to school for machine shop. The work done on my front driver side wheel was terrible. They machined the damage out of rim fine but they left very rough edges that should have been sand down and smooth to the touch like the rest of the rims. The person didn't take any pride in his job at all, not happy with the wheel work. Body work i am very satisfied with.

Repair time was quoted at **** week. It took 22 days before my car was out of the shop. When I went to pick it up there were still spots on the paint that needed to be buffed out and I still have electrical issues with various lights in my car that are not working. Manager did agree to fix it for me but it's annoying that I have to go to the trouble of taking it back there to get something fixed that should have already been working.
