Vision Collision - Haslett

The bumper was incorrectly trimmed out to Subaru factory standards. I communicated to the local vendor in Haslett on 2/22/19. They indicated that they would order the bumper cover and contact me to schedule at some point last week. My insurance company initially paid for the repair and rental car. I communicated that I need a rental car as well and don’t expect that cost to be attributed to me due to the error made by Vision Collision. I am awaiting scheduling at this time.
