We were told we would receive updates on time of completion and about some additional cost of work not associated with initial estimate and we did not. The time was of completion was moved back a couple of days and we did not know about it until we contactced the shop to go pick up vehicle on scheduled day of completion. Additional work we asked to be completed was not done.
The actual work done of vehicle was fine.
