My only issue is the "We'll pick you up"slogan. It misleads by not telling the customer, or insurance companies, that the pick-up radius is so tiny, it virtually assures that the customer will need to provide his/her own transportation. Perhaps change your slogan or expand your zones. My experience was very frustrating because I had to go nearly 20 miles out of my way to return the rental to a location that would provide a ride to the body shop to pick up my own vehicle. Thank you.
