Understand many of the delays were related to the parts but needed those problems resolved faster.
Did appreciate that Eric wanted to get the car done right and not just done. That made a tremendous difference to my satisfaction. Car was over 2 weeks late from first estate. Would have liked to have seen something off the deductible - $100 would have made a positive feeling.
