Liked the process of emails that kept us informed and kept on target. Cost was more than estimated and not communicated to me....but OK since Allstate was paying.
There was a little misunderstanding at the end when picking up the car regarding the insurance payment (Allstate had indicated to me they would stop payment on a prior check sent to Liz and pay Carstar direct for the full amount.) Apparently Allstate did not get that done and had not communicated this to Carstar. But resolved promptly. Overall a good experience with Carstar.
