Great service! I was kept informed on what was going on with my vehicle all the time. I was never in the blind. Even after the job was completed John and team still continued to assist me with the questions I had as well as assist me with other things.

I was Not satisfied with the quality of the work repair that was done and I'm not satisfied with the service that was provided for a top notch agency like Vara Chevrolet

The first time I called Vara to ask about having our vehicle towed in for repairs, John was kind of a **** on the phone. He made it seem like I was an inconvenience for calling, was short with answers, and was just rude. I decided to go through with repairs at Vara because State Farm highly recommends Vara for repairs. Maybe John was having a bad day that first phone call or maybe he decided to change his attitude once he knew we had coverage through State Farm, because after a miscommunication with the towing company put our vehicle behind schedule for getting to the shop, he was nice and accommodating when I can called to let him know. On the 15th, we received a text update that the vehicle would be ready on the 21st. On the 19th, we received a text that it is nearing completion and will receive a phonecall if there are any delays. So we expected the car to be ready on the 21st. We received a text update at 8:30 am on the 21st that it wouldn't be ready until the 26th. We understand that unexpected things happen, especially with big repairs like this, but it's very poor form to notify a customer on the morning of the guaranteed date that it would be delayed. The repairs are excellent and the vehicle drives like a champ, so no complaint about the work. The only thing I'd like to mention is that whatever was uses to clean the leather interior was pretty awful. Ibhad to reclean it, because there was a film left behind that felt terrible on my hands and I was worried it would transfer to our clothes. All in all, if we ever need to use a collision center for repairs again, we would probably choose Vara again, because of the convenience of the location and because the coordination through Vara, State Farm, and Hertz was a breeze. No need to contact us for a followup. We're satisfied with the job done, just wanted to let you know of a few things that could be improved.

Parts unfinished and bad door paint job.

over service was ok from beginning to not quite the END.. I picked up my 2017 Camaro SS1 from your shop and while driving home I hear LOUD rattling.. come to find out your painters or service men did NOT tighten up my trunk light cover which was total NOT attended to.. ALL screws were loose and were not secured.,.. very disappointed that **** mistake ruined your perfect score..

Thanks to John. My car was completed quickly and skillfully it appears. Haven't done a deep inspection of the work yet thanks to the recent child weather, but the paint job and quality look great so far. As long as all bumper fasteners are in place I'd call this a job well done. Thanks again. Might bring my other BMW I for some paint work as a result of the experience.
