I appreciated being informed in the beginning of the process of my car being fixed but then you dropped the **** and I had to call several times to ask what was going on with my car. I was told my car would be ready on a Friday in March and it was several weeks later in April and the whole time I was calling instead of you calling me an updating me on what was going on, and the day it was ready for pickup I called again to see if it was ready and the front desk said ooh they did not call you it's ready and it was close to them closing and now we have to try and make an arrangement to have someone drop off rental car.
